Accessibility

The centre has been designed with your needs in mind. We review our risk assessments and policies annually to ensure we remain as accessible as possible to all guests, including wheelchair access.
Please note that for all of our rides, guests must be able to transfer to the ride vehicle with or without carer assistance. All of our rides also require guests to be able to sit upright unaided in order to ride.
Please note ALL adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction (with the exception of Adult Nights).
We do not provide wheelchairs or strollers at our attraction, however, guests are able to rent these from the Trafford Centre shopmobility area.

If you have any questions about your visit, or feedback about our facilities, we would love to hear from you.

Tickets for Carers
There is no disabled rate but if a member of your party is registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with them. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. If you are booking in advance, you do not need to book a ticket for your carer.

Autism Friendly Thursdays
at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester

As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a fun environment for all, every Thursday afternoon during term time will be autism friendly.

From 2pm til 6pm we will be placing extra trained staff around the Attraction, we will also turn off the music, limit the sound effects and make the lighting as standard as possible throughout.

All the awesome elements of LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre, such as the bricks, soft play area, stop motion animation tables and the rides will be open as usual! But the centre will just be a little bit quieter and lighter. If there is an event running on your visit date (please see our events page), then all the awesome extra builds and themed fun will be available to join in with too!

For the parts of the attraction which require certain lighting and effects to operate (such as the 4D Cinema and the Kingdom Quest ride) signs will be in place and staff will fully explain what will happen for families to make an informed decision before entering that particular area.

There will be a designated quiet space available and extra provisions such as ear defenders can also be provided. A social story about LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester is available to download HERE for familiarising children with the centre before a visit.

Due to the limited capacity, advanced booking is advised.
All adults must be accompanied by a child.
